I don't expect too much action today.

SPY/QQQ both formed Doji on daily's.

IWM looks like bearish harami so far.

According to the pattern and RSI, it should pop tomorrow. However, I've said it too many times already - there are lots of room above, just as you said JP.

Sometimes I just think that I shouldn't day-trade but swing it... It seems much less emotional/stressful...could use VXX/SPY, some MA's and make 2-3% a week. Seems decent.

I'm thinking of loading TZA for a swing. What do u think JP?

TNA short term trend is broken. RSI(2) at 72 from 90+.

QQQ is ready to close above middle for the EIGHTH TIME. It's the extreme

It also seems that there is no demand QQQ over 91.

what is your timeframe?
what is the trend?strength
do you have a buy signal with LBR?
TNA....starting to pick up steam, could get a buy signal on weekly which would not fare well for TZA.

-these are some questions I would want to know before pulling the trigger....you don't have to trade everyday, wait for the market to come to you.

Looking at 5/15 cross with TNA on 1h. Still watching.

UVXY does look like it could pop tomorrow? I see some divergence and LBR is setting up nicely.

Last time you were talking about UVXY, you said that you buy oversold and sell overbought...basing your decisions on cycles...

What indicators do you look at/time-frames?

________

I was trading TNA/TZA for some time....and it seems that volatility ETF's look much better...they are more directional, less noisy....which is good when you base decisions on ma's xovers..

Also - is there anything special about XIV? Seems like a perfect long-term investment....486% since May 2012.....
