3% drop in DJI yields 20% gain on VIX.
5% drop in oil yields 15% return on DWTI.

DWTI IS MOVING BY ITSELF.
Not even moving with oil.
I've never seen anything like this in my life. (well, maybe FXP 10 yrs. ago)
The darn thing is JUST going up up up up, but oil is flat.
