..The market always tells you what to do. It tells you: Get in. Get out. Move your stop. Close out. Stay neutral. Wait for a better chance. All these things the market is continually impressing upon you, and you must get into the frame of mind where you are in reality taking your orders from the action of the market itself from the tape.

Great quote JP and thats the truth. I am pretty close but i still take the dumb trade from time to time.
Some of my rules:
It's easier to trade with the trend.
Markets take the steps up and the elevator down.
Plan your trade and trade ur plan.
There is no substitute for experience and hard work, thats just how it is.

JP: Looks like SPY is making a dive toward R3, after that, we go back to May '14 for a low.
Karen: NUGT and JNUG move pretty much in lock step, tho NUGT doing a little better recently
Paid a high price for NUGT this morning, too much superbowl party. Missed the pre-market

184.91...getting taken out ever so slightly, now the attack is on 185.23(falling BB125)

SPY....back below 184.91
Major support....181.77
two Minor support....183.64, 182.75
-market is oversold and due to bounce
-market is correcting and trend is down, shorting the bounce is still your best plan. Counter trading will make you a long term investor (:
