Looking at GOGO as an example, you could set a sell stop at 10.21 and then take profits at 10.10 support. Or more conservative, a sell stop at 10.10 for a move to 9.85.
I would definitely sleep much better.

(Moving to the next page also helps, this giant Dennis Dick face on the previous page kept me awake last night ..)

((Is indeed a good interview by the way, thanks Eman))

Goes to show that doubling down isn't always a quick fix. I think that CEMP is wildly overbought right now, and I'll hold this one for a bit longer than I had planned but with the expectation of breaking even or better.

CEMP...the breakout target is measured to just above $25

22 closed trades, 15 wins. Net gain of $3085. Three open trades, currently at a net loss of $3205 due to my decision to double down and/or hold for more than one day. The open trades, if closed at the end of trading the day after being shorted, would have only lost $1424.

11:05 AM - out of NSM at 15.20 for a loss of $415. GOGO and CEMP are killing me today. Sorry for the late day post.

 No trades signaled for tomorrow.

Well, actually pretty good, but it emphasizes my first point:
 - The bulk of the selections tend to resolve higher so I'd say it's crucial not to overstay your welcome.

Agreed. This was really just a chance to test out a quick in-quick out type of trade. What I really need to be looking at is what is the best type of entry (limit order at X% above the close on the day it triggers?) and exits (maybe crossing the ma(20)?). Time to fire up Stratasearch.

Here I am not really sticking to the original premise of exiting within 24 hrs regardless of profit/loss. My biggest complaint about folks here is that they ignore designing exits into their systems, and focus only on the entries. Here I am doing that same thing.

The other thing I noticed is that this filter often goes quiet for a week or two - time to assess and adjust if needed.

That last thing may be related to earnings season ending.
